Job summary

Movanis, an automation company, seeks a driven Commercial Manager to accelerate growth. You will blend commercial strategy with hands-on execution—finding new clients, forming partnerships, visiting customers, and closing deals.

You will manage the sales pipeline, build a strong commercial network, and translate market needs into new solutions in collaboration with engineering and management. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in selling logistics automation projects.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• Proven experience in business development and acquiring new clients.
• Existing commercial network in this sector is a significant asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and/or German is a major plus.
• Strong commercial skills combined with technical insight and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a targeted sales and marketing strategy focused on sustainable revenue growth.
• Identifying and developing new clients, markets, and commercial opportunities.
• Building strategic partnerships and a strong commercial network.
• Managing the sales pipeline personally, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Establishing and professionalizing commercial processes, tools, and reporting.
• Coordinating marketing initiatives and the market positioning of Movanis’ products.
• Managing key projects and clients, with focus on customer satisfaction and follow-up opportunities.
• Collaborating with engineering and management to translate market needs into new solutions.
