• You maintain daily communication with customers who are behind on their payments, both through outgoing and incoming interactions.

Qualifications

• Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both Dutch and French;
• Has completed at least a secondary education qualification;
• Brings prior experience in the field of collections or contact centers, which would be advantageous;
• Displays a strong focus on quality and results;
• Is capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision;
• Demonstrates resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing situations;
