VALD is seeking a Client Success Manager to work with an assigned portfolio of clients in Belgium. You will act as the VALD subject matter expert, ensuring high client satisfaction through onboarding, support, and ongoing engagement.

You will build strong client relationships, identify needs, and deliver online presentations using Microsoft Teams. You will also track activity and provide regular reports using HubSpot and Microsoft Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience using VALD technology in a professional setting.
• Ability to understand client perspectives and challenges.
• Strong writing and editing skills.

Responsabilités

• Onboard and support assigned client portfolio in VALD implementations.
• Maintain relationships with clients through online and occasional in-person meetings.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for growth.
• Conduct online client presentations using Teams.
• Track activity and report using SaaS tools (HubSpot, MS Office, Email).
• Manage multiple requests independently or with team members.
