Keystone Solutions is seeking a Global Products Contracting Officer for consultancy work on client projects in corporate banking. Based in Brussels, you will split time 50% on-site and 50% from home after an initial training period.

You will prepare Connexis contracts and manage your own client portfolio, while learning Connexis to autonomy within two months. The role requires tril lingual communication (Dutch, French, English), academic degrees, and strong process modelling and writing skills

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with Visio and Aris for process modelling.

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Global Products Contracting Officer, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects within the Corporate Banking sector. Your responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, ensuring you bring our values and expertise to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting the client, preparing Connexis contracts, and managing your own client portfolio.
• Learning the specific features of Connexis, an international product sold in more than 40 countries, and becoming autonomous within two months.

Requirements:

• Trilingual: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Bachelor or master degree.
• Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Experience with process modelling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts.
• Good understanding of workflow processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented.
• Structured approach.
• Able to work independently.
• Accuracy and precision.
• Quality-minded and eye for detail.
• Goal-oriented.
• No specific number of years of experience required.

Work Location & Telework:

• Based in Brussels. After an initial training period: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
