Job summary

NTek Software Solutions is seeking a process development engineer to advance III-V semiconductor processes (InP/GaAs) and silicon photonics post-processing (BEOL). You will work with the MTP-SCALE team to tailor and integrate processes into standard flows.

We require a Master’s degree or higher in Applied Physics or Electrical Engineering, 2+ years in a cleanroom, and strong English communication. Collaboration and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree at least – ideally PhD.
• Strong background in cleanroom processing, both for III-V semiconductors (FEOL/BEOL) – silicon BEOL is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory – another language is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute III-V semiconductor processes (InP/GaAs front-end + back-end).
• Develop and execute silicon photonics post-processing (BEOL: lithography, metallization, passivation, bondpad opening).
• Interacting with the MTP-SCALE team to integrate the developed processes into standard process flows.
