Engibex, a Belgian engineering consulting firm, seeks a specialist to develop and implement III-V semiconductor processes (InP/GaAs) in FEOL and BEOL, and to drive BEOL post-processing for silicon photonics. You will work with the MTP-SCAL team in a hands-on, collaborative setting.

Requirements include a Master’s in Applied Physics or Electrical Engineering, a PhD preferred, at least 2 years in a cleanroom, and fluent English. On-site collaboration is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physics or engineering and a PhD preferred.
• Strong background in cleanroom processing of III-V semiconductors (FEOL/BEOL).
• Fluent English and good communication; team player.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute III-V semiconductor processes (InP/GaAs) in FEOL and BEOL.
• Develop post-processing steps for silicon photonics BEOL including lithography, metallization, passivation and bondpad opening.
• Collaborate closely with the MTP-SCAL team.
