In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van schadebestanden van A tot Z en fungeer je als de schakel tussen klanten, verzekeraars en experts. Qualifications

• Ervaring in een schadeafdeling is vereist.
• Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van het Engels.

Description

• As claims manager, you are responsible for optimal handling of the claims files of your clients and you are the reference person in case of problems and complaints;
• You analyze the claims thoroughly; negotiate with customers, opposing parties, insurers, experts, and lawyers;
• You always work out a good and efficient solution, taking into account the limited deadline;
• You handle each file from A to Z: from opening the file, follow-up, payment, to closing and filing;
• You also take to heart the handling of the agenda and mail;
• You prepare and interpret claims statistics in collaboration with your colleagues;
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance, Economics, or Law;
• You have a first experience in a claims department;
• You speak fluent Dutch as well as French, and have a good knowledge of English;
• You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel);
• You are customer-oriented and can work well in a team;
• You are organized and good at setting priorities.
