Job summary

The Mitsubishi Chemical Group is seeking a Product Line Manager Recycling Solutions to shape the circular economy. You will develop recycling and upcycling solutions, ensure sustainable raw material supply, and drive the expansion of circular material flows with an international team.

Based in Belgium, you will help achieve sustainable growth and sustainability goals by partnering across functions and with external partners, delivering both economic and environmental value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (see above)
• Proven experience in cross-functional, international management environments
• Experience building supplier and partner networks and sustainable value chains
• Knowledge of recycling, circular economy, material flows, or sustainable raw material sourcing
• Excellent German and English written and spoken communication with international stakeholders

• Balance sustainable raw material supply with production requirements
• Expand recycling activities with internal and external partners
• Increase efficient use of resources and create economic and environmental value
• Identify new value creation opportunities through recycling/upcycling
• Lead cross-functional teams toward common goals and successful implementation
