IKEA Gruppe is seeking a proactive leader for the Recovery team in Belgium. The role focuses on maximizing profit from products that cannot be sold through regular channels, with a strong environmental impact in mind.

You will translate the store plan into actionable steps and drive cost-aware routines across departments. As a team leader, you will champion sustainability by giving products a second life, optimise recycling, and engage your team to meet ambitious goals in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail environment.
• Analytical mindset with budget and process tracking.
• Proven ability to maximise profit with slow-moving or damaged stock.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsabilités

• Translate the store business plan into a clear action plan for your department and implement the actions.
• Collaborate with other departments on routines to reduce costs by preventing damage, sales errors and quality problems.
• Contribute to sustainability goals by giving products a new life to optimise profit.
• Lead in the search for optimal ways to recycle and process waste across the store.
• Inspire, motivate and engage your team to achieve the goals set together.
