Allianz Benelux seeks an accomplished Chief Transformation Officer to lead the company-wide transformation program. You will report to the Regional CEO and guide the Data & AI agenda, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver measurable value across Belgium and the Netherlands.

The role combines strategic leadership, program governance, and people management, with a hybrid work model and a competitive executive compensation package. Fluency in English is required, Dutch/French a plus.

Qualificações

• Looking for an accomplished enterprise transformation leader with strategic and financial acumen.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable business outcomes across large, multi-country organisations.
• Strong experience in Data, Analytics and AI as strategic levers of business transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Shape Allianz Benelux's enterprise transformation roadmap and drive execution across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Lead the Data & AI organisation, platforms, governance and talent at enterprise scale.
• Oversee portfolio governance, benefits realization and performance reviews with senior executives.
• Champion change management, simplify processes and redesign operating models for efficiency and customer value.
• Represent Allianz Benelux with the Supervisory Board and external stakeholders on transformation priorities.
