Ebbinge Belgium is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to drive the next growth phase of a PE-backed fintech scale-up in Belgium and beyond. You will own operational strategy, KPI management, and process optimization while leading high-performing teams across functions.

The role requires deep SaaS/fintech experience, a proven track record of scaling organizations, and a data-driven approach to management, with P&L responsibility and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Operations, Service Delivery or General Management.
• Background in SaaS, fintech or another technology-driven environment.
• P&L responsibility with a data-driven management style.
• Excellent people leadership skills, with experience building high-performing teams.

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer for a fast-growing, PE-backed fintech scale-up, serving thousands of clients across Europe. Following a period of acquisitions and international expansion, the company is now entering its next growth phase and is looking for an operational leader to drive this forward in Belgium and beyond. As COO, you will lead a turnaround operation — owning operational strategy, KPI management, process optimization and service quality.
