Markmi, based in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a Head of Operations to own financial operations, HR, legal, and strategic coordination as we scale from sub-€1M to €5M+ ARR. You will partner with the CEO and lead cross-functional teams, shaping processes and governance to support rapid growth in a hands-on, entrepreneurship-driven environment.

You’ll implement rigor across budgeting, forecasting, and people operations, while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, finance, or strategy roles.
• Solid financial operations background; comfortable with P&Ls, budgets and cash flow management.
• Experience in coordinating HR, legal, and compliance in a scaling SaaS context.
• Proven ability to lead multiple operational functions simultaneously and build processes from scratch.

Responsabilités

• Own the financial engine: cash flow, runway, budgeting and forecasting as the company scales.
• Provide structure to Customer Success operations and coordinate with CS, engineering and data science.
• Coordinate People Operations & HR processes with external partners and drive HR policies.
• Manage legal/compliance needs with external counsel and contracts.
• Plan and facilitate leadership team meetings; align priorities across departments.
