Leadout is seeking a FinOps Lead in Belgium to own and grow a market-leading practice. You will define the service vision, build executive-level relationships, and drive revenue growth from an established client base while shaping how we deliver for clients.

You will lead teams, guide engagements end to end, and represent Leadout through thought leadership. Fluent English is essential, with Dutch or French a plus. The role offers autonomy and a path to market leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager or Director level with a background in consulting or professional services.
• Proven commercial track record: built pipeline, closed work and owned client relationships.
• Experience leading teams and running engagements at enterprise scale.
• Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Define the FinOps service vision, portfolio and go-to-market approach.
• Own client relationships at executive level and lead engagements end to end.
• Grow the practice commercially from existing accounts to new business.
• Own practice revenue, utilisation and margin performance.
• Build and develop the team as the practice scales.
• Represent Leadout externally through thought leadership and community presence.
