Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Test Coordinator to join the operational systems team in Brussels. You will own end-to-end testing, coordinate onshore and offshore teams, and drive high-quality solutions across multiple projects.

You will leverage your 3+ years in test coordination and test automation in the transport sector, with strong SDLC and QA knowledge. The role is onsite in Brussels, starting 01/12/2026 for 24 months, with a permanent or freelance contract option.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Test Coordinator including test automation and managing complex projects.
• 3+ years of experience within the transport sector.
• Experience in people management and leadership roles.
• Experience coordinating offshore teams across regions/time zones.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, test methodologies, and QA processes.
• Knowledge of risk and defect management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple projects to ensure timely execution and quality.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules with project stakeholders.

Our client, a prominent organization in the transport sector, is seeking a Test Coordinator to join their operational systems team. This role involves managing end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects while coordinating between onshore and offshore teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

• Coordinate the end-to-end testing process across multiple projects to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Manage functional testing, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across diverse teams.
• Oversee the activities of onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
• Identify, report, and track defects while driving resolution before system go-live.
• Provide regular reporting on testing progress, risks, and outcomes to management and project teams.

• 3+ years of experience as a Test Coordinator including test automation and managing complex projects.
• 3+ years of experience within the transport sector.
• Possess experience in people management and leadership roles.
• You have experience coordinating offshore teams across different regions and time zones.
• You bring a solid understanding of SDLC, test methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
• You possess knowledge of risk management and defect management.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• You are fluent in English.
