Halian Group is seeking a Change Manager M/F to lead the people side of a major digital transformation across engineering teams. You will shape adoption strategies, align stakeholders, and ensure smooth uptake of new tools and ways of working.

Responsibilities include developing communication and training plans, identifying barriers, and tracking adoption metrics to maximize business value. You will partner with engineers, project leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable change

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transformation/change programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-level communication.
• Translate complex changes for technical teams.
• Experience with structured change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR).
• Asset-intensive environment experience desirable.
• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.

A leading organization in the engineering and infrastructure sector is undertaking a major digital transformation initiative aimed at modernizing the way technical teams design, collaborate, and deliver projects. The organization is seeking a Change Manager M/F to lead the people side of this transformation, ensuring successful adoption of new digital tools, processes, and ways of working across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the change management strategy to support a large-scale digital transformation program.
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess how new tools and processes will affect their day-to-day activities.
• Develop and implement communication, engagement, and adoption plans to drive organizational readiness.
• Partner with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and project leaders to understand adoption challenges and remove barriers to change.
• Coordinate training activities and support networks to ensure users are prepared for the transition.
• Monitor adoption metrics, collect user feedback, and continuously improve change initiatives to maximize business value.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Change Manager within transformation, digitalization, or organizational change programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and user adoption experience across multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate complex changes into clear, actionable messages.
• Experience with structured change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
• Background in engineering, infrastructure, utilities, construction, or other asset-intensive environments is highly desirable.
• Strong facilitation, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build engagement and drive adoption.
