Job summary

Convidencia is a management, organization, and communication consulting firm seeking a change management consultant with initial experience to work on organizational transformations in Belgium, in both French and English-speaking environments.

You will lead change projects, design transformation trajectories, and foster Agile culture while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in a dynamic consulting setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of change management and organizational transformation experience.
• Proficient with ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin change models.
• Comfortable with Agile culture and methods.
• Proficient in tools for collective intelligence and participatory dynamics.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and training skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and professionalism across contexts.
• Good communication, active listening, diplomacy, and humor.
• Able to adapt to client constraints and pace while meeting objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead change projects under supervision: design, facilitation, stakeholder management, coordination of actions, information flow.
• Design and deploy cultural and organizational transformation trajectories.
• Develop an Agile culture at the organizational level.
• Strengthen cross-functional project culture and break down silos.
• Foster collective intelligence and sustainable participatory practices.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and co-creation sessions in English and/or French.
