• Expérience avérée dans l’accompagnement de comités de direction et du changement organisationnel.
• Certifications PCC et expérience en coaching d’équipe appréciées.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils et techniques d’animation de réunions et de groupes.
• Excellente communication écrite et oratoire, leadership et pédagogie.

Responsibilities

• Faciliter la compréhension des fonctionnements du comité de direction et identifier les axes d’amélioration.
• Conduire des séances de travail et des rapports de diagnostic en collaboration avec le leader et le comité.
• Concevoir et animer des sessions collectives et des ateliers opérationnels.
• Assurer le suivi des engagements et offrir un soutien individuel ponctuel.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Coach in Change Management for a consultancy mission at a client site. The client is focused on digital transformation within the public service sector, aiming to enhance the functionality of its management committee. This role involves working closely with the committee to foster responsibility, cooperation, and problem-solving orientation.

Objectives of the Engagement:

• Facilitate a shared understanding of the current functioning of the management committee, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Establish concrete operational rules and commitments among all members.
• Enhance individual and collective responsibility in decision-making and implementation.
• Provide guidance for the committee to continue the initiated dynamics autonomously.

Mission Description:

The consultant will propose their own approach, covering at least the following steps:

• Initial Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct individual interviews with each committee member, including the leader, and focus on specific departments.
• Feedback to the Management Committee: Share the diagnosis and propose the next steps, adjusted with the leader and committee.
• Collective Work Sessions: Organize one or more working sessions, including seminar-type activities, and prepare these sessions with participants.
• Anchoring and Follow-up: Monitor commitments made by the committee and provide occasional individual support as needed.

Response Content:

Teams are required to submit a maximum 4-page operational note that includes:

• The provider's philosophy for this type of engagement.
• The role of the leader and how to work with the committee as a collective.
• A step-by-step outline of the proposed process and how it may adjust during the mission.
• Tools or exercises that may be utilized and their benefits.
• How to ensure confidentiality and a trusting environment.
• Methods to assess progress with the committee.
