Alan Belgium is hiring a Customer Care Expert to support our members with timely, accurate responses, ensuring transparency and helpful guidance. You will help with a range of inquiries and contribute to an exceptional member experience across our health-insurance platform.

You will join a fast-growing team that values learning, collaboration, and process improvements, with remote flexibility and strong in-person collaboration to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years of experience in a customer-support role; or education; or communication
• Are bilingual English + Dutch or English + French
• Have a passion for caring for members, and solving their problems
• Love written communication
• Are comfortable with computers and technology in general
• Have an empathetic mindset
• Are motivated and entrepreneurial
• Have an enthusiasm for teamwork, learning and teaching
• Bonus points if you know how the Belgian healthcare system works — we will teach you if you don’t.

Responsabilités

• Helping our members: Your first mission will be to deal with our members' requests in a meaningful, delightful and timely manner.
• Improving Alan: As a User Care Expert, contribute to better processes and tools and to product improvements.
• Grow and learn: become an expert in healthcare and insurance and help new members of the care team.
• Pioneering: participate in building, nurturing and enhancing the care team daily.
