Investigo is supporting an international client in a €200m+ CAPEX programme, seeking an Interim CAPEX Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and contract delivery across engineering, construction and equipment portfolios.

The role requires a senior procurement professional with a proven track record in CAPEX, contractor management and stakeholder engagement, fluent Dutch and English, and a willingness to travel up to 75% in Belgium and beyond. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' procurement experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record leading CAPEX programmes valued at €200m+.
• Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong contract administration and commercial risk management skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end procurement across a €200m+ CAPEX programme.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for engineering services, construction works, and equipment.
• Manage tender processes from market engagement to contract award.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and EPC partners.
• Draft and manage construction, service, and framework agreements.
• Support cost optimization, value engineering and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Project stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, compliance and best practice throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive supplier performance and contract delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and project outcomes.
