INEOS Belgium is seeking a Technical Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing, contracting and supplier management for O&P EU Belgian sites. You will drive RFx processes, define sourcing strategies, and ensure governance and HSSE compliance across CAPEX/REVEX scopes.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial procurement, SAP/MM and strong negotiation skills, with fluency in Dutch and English. Belgium-based, full-time with competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business, or equivalent by experience.
• Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are advantageous.
• 4+ years in procurement within industrial or petrochemical sectors.
• Experience with CAPEX/REVEX procurement and technical categories.
• Demonstrated cost-improvement delivery and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and tendering for engineering, maintenance, CAPEX and REVEX.
• Define mid/long-term sourcing strategies and ensure total cost optimisation.
• Provide procurement insights to improve cost, risk and decisions.
• Govern supplier performance and build strong internal stakeholder relationships.
• Align P2P activities with contracts, budgets and schedules.
