INEOS seeks a Technical Procurement Lead to drive sourcing, contracting and supplier governance across the Belgian sites (Geel, Lillo, NOH). You will lead a procurement team, shape category strategies, and ensure end-to-end sourcing excellence with a focus on CAPEX/REVEX projects.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement leadership in industrial settings, strong negotiation, and fluency in Dutch and English. Competitive package and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Professional procurement certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Technical Procurement team across Belgian sites.
• Drive end-to-end Source-to-Contract processes including RFx, contracts and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with governance, HSSE and legal requirements.
• Deliver CAPEX/REVEX/TAR procurement and improve total cost performance.
