Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 6 years of relevant industry experience in forecasting/resource analysis.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear exec-level summaries and visuals.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect data to strategic priorities.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide monthly and ad hoc resource insights and analytics to functions.
• Own end-to-end resource forecasting models and associated analyses.
• Partner with Functions to validate, deploy, and monitor forecasting models.
• Translate analyses into concise executive-ready visuals and recommendations.
• Link findings to business priorities and advise on resource allocation.
• Support financial planning cycles in partnership with Finance and OPS Heads.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Lead capabilities including ML models and monitoring of demand signals.
