Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management (SCM) to lead end-to-end capacity modeling for Biosurgery and future growth platforms. You will partner with manufacturing, planning, finance, and product teams to shape capacity strategy and investment decisions.

Leverage advanced tools (OMP, SAP, Power BI) to deliver scenario analyses, dashboards, and actionable insights that drive profitability and service. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 5+ years in supply chain planning or analytics.
• Experience with capacity planning, supply chain analytics, and operations modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance Biosurgery Strategic Capacity Management models for long-range planning.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain models with networks, constraints, and inventory policies.
• Perform scenario analysis for capacity expansion and network redesign.
• Support LRPP and LRFP planning cycles over 2–10 years.
• Collaborate with sites, Planning, Source, Deliver, Engineering, Finance and leadership to ensure model accuracy.
• Translate modeling outputs into executive-ready recommendations on capacity and profitability.
• Advance SCM processes within Biosurgery and new product platforms.
• Develop dashboards and tools to visualize capacity constraints and assumptions.
• Drive continuous improvement through governance and standardization.
