Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management to lead end-to-end capacity modeling across Biosurgery and future platforms. This role supports long-range planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions within the Global Supply Chain, collaborating with leaders and sites worldwide.

The position can be based in the United States or Europe, with travel as needed. You will develop dashboards, drive improvements, and translate complex outputs into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant STEM or business field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, analytics, or strategic planning.
• Experience with capacity planning and operations modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into business recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance Biosurgery SCM models for long-range planning.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain models including networks, routing, BOMs, and inventory policies.
• Perform scenario analysis for capacity expansion and sourcing changes.
• Support LRPP and LRFP planning cycles across 2–10 years.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment.
• Translate modeling outputs into executive-ready recommendations on capacity and profitability.
• Support expansion of SCM capabilities into new product platforms.
• Develop dashboards and tools to improve visibility of capacity constraints and planning assumptions.
• Drive governance, documentation, and standardization of SCM processes.
• Partner with IT to enhance SCM capabilities via OMP and Power BI.
