WLG is seeking an experienced professional for a long-term engagement in Norfolk, USA, with NATO-5 visa support. The role focuses on developing capability products, coordinating with agencies and nations, and providing analytical expertise across multi-domain defence initiatives.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in engineering/IS or related fields, extensive briefing experience, and fluent English. The position involves multinational collaboration and ongoing participation in workshops

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• Experience briefing senior leaders and decision-makers (3 of last 10 years).
• Operational experience in intelligence fusion/integration (5 of last 12 years).
• Programme or project management experience in a complex environment (2 of last 10 years).
• Experience in multinational defence organisations (2 of last 10 years).
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Support development of capability products under the alliance governance model.
• Support the programme director and project coordinators across agencies and nations.
• Provide methodological/analytical expertise for holistic capability area approach.
• Support projects, including the intelligence line of effort.
• Capture, analyse and trace requirements at all levels.
• Develop and review the doctrinal corpus.
• Coordinate across lines of development and propose actions when conflicts arise.
• Organise and participate in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborate with national/international organisations and academia.
• Maintain programme status information and support capability validation.

What You Would Be Doing

• Supporting the development of capability products under the alliance governance model.
• Supporting the programme director and project coordinators, including work with agencies and nations.
• Providing methodological and analytical expertise for the holistic approach to this capability area.
• Supporting the projects themselves, including the intelligence line of effort.
• Drawing out, capturing, analysing and tracing requirements at every level.
• Developing and reviewing the doctrinal corpus.
• Coordinating across all lines of development and proposing courses of action where they conflict.
• Organising and taking part in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborating with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
• Maintaining programme status information and supporting capability validation.

What you would bring

• A master degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience inside the last twelve in intelligence fusion and integration, particularly multi-source and multi-domain.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.

This is a long engagement that renews year on year, not a short project.
