WLgroup is seeking a Programme Manager to support capability development within a multinational defence context, with relocation to Norfolk, USA and NATO-5 visa provided.

You will work with alliance governance, coordinate with agencies and nations, and translate requirements into doctrinal and operational outputs while maintaining status information and supporting validation processes.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience inside the last twelve integrating and synchronising effects, particularly non-kinetic ones.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.
