The role strengthens joint intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities, providing methodological and analytical support across the programme including coordination with agencies and nations. Fluency in professional English is required.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience in intelligence fusion and integration, particularly multi-source and multi-domain.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Support the development of capability products under the alliance governance model.
• Support the programme director and project coordinators, including work with agencies and nations.
• Provide methodological and analytical expertise for the holistic approach to this capability area.
• Support the projects themselves, including the intelligence line of effort.
• Draw out, capture, analyse and trace requirements at every level.
• Develop and review the doctrinal corpus.
• Coordinate across all lines of development and propose courses of action when conflicts arise.
• Organise and take part in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborate with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
• Maintain programme status information and support capability validation.

A multinational defence organisation is developing its joint intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and awareness capability. This role supports that programme with the methodological and analytical work behind it.

What You Would Be Doing

• Supporting the development of capability products under the alliance governance model.
• Supporting the programme director and project coordinators, including work with agencies and nations.
• Providing methodological and analytical expertise for the holistic approach to this capability area.
• Supporting the projects themselves, including the intelligence line of effort.
• Drawing out, capturing, analysing and tracing requirements at every level.
• Developing and reviewing the doctrinal corpus.
• Coordinating across all lines of development and proposing courses of action where they conflict.
• Organising and taking part in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborating with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
• Maintaining programme status information and supporting capability validation.

What you would bring

• A master degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience inside the last twelve in intelligence fusion and integration, particularly multi-source and multi-domain.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.

This is a long engagement that renews year on year, not a short project.
