Unknown Organisation is relocating this role to Norfolk, United States, under a NATO-5 visa arrangement. The position supports the development of capability products, coordinating with agencies and nations while applying methodological and analytical expertise to multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration.

The candidate should hold a master’s degree or equivalent military qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research, with a track record of briefing

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience in intelligence fusion and integration, multi-source and multi-domain.
• Two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• Two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.

Responsabilités

• Support capability product development under the alliance governance model.
• Support programme director and project coordinators, including agencies and nations.
• Provide methodological and analytical expertise for the holistic capability work.
• Support projects, including the intelligence line of effort.
• Extract, capture, analyse and trace requirements at all levels.
• Develop and review the doctrinal corpus.
• Coordinate across development lines and propose actions when conflicts arise.
• Organise and participate in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborate with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
• Maintain programme status information and support capability validation.

A multinational defence organisation is developing its joint intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and awareness capability. This role supports that programme with the methodological and analytical work behind it.

What you would be doing

• Supporting the development of capability products under the alliance governance model.
• Supporting the programme director and project coordinators, including work with agencies and nations.
• Providing methodological and analytical expertise for the holistic approach to this capability area.
• Supporting the projects themselves, including the intelligence line of effort.
• Drawing out, capturing, analysing and tracing requirements at every level.
• Developing and reviewing the doctrinal corpus.
• Coordinating across all lines of development and proposing courses of action where they conflict.
• Organising and taking part in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborating with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
• Maintaining programme status information and supporting capability validation.

What you would bring

• A master degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience inside the last twelve in intelligence fusion and integration, particularly multi-source and multi-domain.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
