WLG seeks a seasoned professional to support capability development under a multinational defence governance model, and to assist programme directors and coordinators across agencies and nations.

You will provide analytical expertise for multi‑domain effects, support fires integration, and help capture requirements while coordinating development lines and doctrinal work. It is a long‑term, renews-yearly engagement in a defense context.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in engineering, information systems, aeronautics or operations research.
• Three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational experience within the last twelve integrating and synchronising effects, particularly non-kinetic.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the development of capability products under the alliance governance model.
• Supporting the programme director and project coordinators, including work with agencies and nations.
• Providing methodological and analytical expertise for the holistic approach to multi-domain and joint effects.
• Supporting the projects themselves, including the fires integration line of effort.
• Drawing out, capturing, analysing and tracing requirements at every level.
• Developing and reviewing the doctrinal corpus.
• Coordinating across all lines of development and proposing courses of action where they conflict.
• Organising and taking part in workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborating with national and international organisations, centres of excellence and academia.
• Maintaining programme status information and supporting capability validation.

What You Would Be Doing
