Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist Client Operations to join the Brussels team. You will be the operational backbone for media campaigns, ensuring accurate administration, timely briefs, and strong coordination across client teams and partners.

You will act as the central contact for operational and financial questions, monitor timelines and budgets, and help deliver professional service while maintaining high data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in media, marketing, advertising, project coordination, administration or client operations.
• Structured, accurate and deadline-focused.
• Clear professional English and Dutch or French; bilingual is a strong plus.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day operational follow-up of media campaigns across different channels and client accounts.
• Support client teams in translating briefings into clear internal actions, timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign planning, deadlines, budgets and administrative flows to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as a central point of contact for operational and financial questions from internal teams, clients and partners.
• Follow up on client approvals, material delivery, campaign documentation and reporting requirements.
