Mindshare, a WPP Media Brand, is seeking a Communication Planner to join our Brussels team. You will transform client briefs into strategic media recommendations, partnering with a cross-functional team to translate the Why, How, and What into actionable plans.

You will develop structured media plans, leverage data insights, and define success metrics while collaborating with creatives, media experts, and clients to drive innovation and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Native Dutch speaker with a solid foundation in French and English.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Broad media knowledge, with a preference for digital expertise.

Responsabilités

• Developing structured recommendations, making strategic decisions, and translating them into well-founded media plans: channel selection, budget allocation, media coordination, and synergies.
• Leveraging consumer insights and data to refine planning and identify tactical and creative opportunities.
• Defining measurable objectives and setting up a framework to evaluate campaign success.
• Collaborating with creative teams, media experts, and clients to optimize recommendations and drive innovation.
• Preparing clear and actionable briefs to ensure flawless execution.
• Presenting and defending your plans to clients.
