Intys in Belgium is seeking a Business Manager to build and lead their own business line within a fast-growing consulting group.

You will define and implement a sound development strategy, acquire and develop your client portfolio, and recruit and manage a team of talented consultants. You will partner with clients to ensure service delivery meets expectations and drives profitability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; business leadership exposure ideal.
• Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is essential.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a client-focused mindset.
