Responsabilités

• Participate in challenging projects across industries and business functions, contributing to business analysis, process improvement, and solution design.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, expectations, and requirements, translating them into clear business needs.
• Analyze existing processes, workflows, systems, and operating models to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and prioritize functional and business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement solutions, support decision-making, and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Develop deliverables such as process maps, requirements specifications, user stories, use cases, and functional documentation.
• Contribute to tools and solutions that improve efficiency, data visibility, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Participate in challenging projects across various industries and business functions, contributing to business analysis, process improvement, and solution design.
• Engage with clients and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, expectations, and requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable business needs.
• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, systems, and operating models to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and prioritize functional and business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs, stakeholders, and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement solutions, support decision‑making, and ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Develop business analysis deliverables, including process maps, requirements specifications, user stories, use cases, and functional documentation.
• Contribute to the implementation of tools and solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, reporting, and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

About you :

• You hold a master’s degree.
• You are fluent in English and in French or Dutch.
