Engibex in Brussels is seeking a Business Manager to build and lead a new business unit within our consulting team. You will manage a development strategy, acquire and grow a solid customer portfolio, and coordinate relationships with partners while driving resources and a team of consultants.

You will oversee the financial status of your activity, set priorities, and work ambitiously to achieve planned goals. Fluent in English and either Dutch or French, you are autonomous and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 0–4 years of work experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French native language.
• Passion for technology; proactive and communicative.

Engibex is a dynamic Belgian consulting firm, active within engineering and with a particular focus on bringing innovations and R&D initiatives to life Headquartered in Brussels, we develop our activities on the Belgian market. Engibex focuses on solving technical problems for customers and partners through project or outsourcing engineering activities. To strengthen our internal team in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Business Manager. This is an entrepreneurial role, where you will have the unique opportunity to build your own business unit within an existing structure.

Profile / Requirements

• You have a Master's degree in Engineering, Commercial Sciences or General Management;
• You have 0 to 4 years of work experience;
• You have Dutch or French as your mother tongue, and are fluent in English;
• A good knowledge of another national language is a plus;
• You have an affinity and passion for technology;
• You can listen and communicate well, are persuasive and proactive;
• You are autonomous, you can set your own priorities but you are also a team player with an eye for business interests;
• You are a hands-on person with a clear problem-solving attitude;
• You are comfortable with initiative and motivation to achieve planned and ambitious goals.
