Expleo is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and validate cutting-edge mechanical systems in collaboration with electrical, software, and systems engineers. You will support manufacturing/design processes and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with 2+ years of experience, proficient CAD skills (CATIA/CREO), and strong communication in French plus English or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical engineering experience in manufacturing or design support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and engineering software.
• Experience with CATIA or CREO preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Innovate mechanical systems and assemblies using CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and craft cutting-edge mechanical systems, components, and assemblies utilizing advanced computer-aided design (CAD) tools and state-of-the-art engineering software
• Engage with diverse cross-functional teams, encompassing electrical, software, and systems engineers, to seamlessly integrate mechanical systems for optimal performance
• Perform testing and validation of mechanical systems to ensure quality and compliance with specifications and standards
• Pioneer innovative solutions by troubleshooting and resolving mechanical defects, conducting in-depth root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Craft and meticulously review technical documents such as design specifications, test reports, and product manuals to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Drive innovation through active participation in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining engineering processes and enhancing tools for superior performance
• Remain abreast of cutting-edge industry trends and breakthroughs in mechanical engineering to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in supporting manufacturing or design processes
• Possess exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and various engineering software
• Familiarity with CATIA or CREO software is preferred
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent French plus either English or Dutch
