Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Business Change Manager to join the transformation team in Belgium. The role focuses on supporting top-tier programs involving data management, digital tool implementation, and process optimization.

You will lead end-to-end change initiatives, align stakeholders, and develop comprehensive action plans with communications, events, and training to drive adoption. Hybrid, full-time position in Melle with a 24-month horizon.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated experience as a Change Manager, without concurrent roles.
• 3+ years of experience supporting change across multiple concurrent projects or initiatives.
• Proven track record in end-to-end change implementation for complex digitalization programs.
• Knowledge of methodologies such as ADKAR, McKinsey, Kotter, or 7S.
• Capacity to deliver a detailed change action plan and case studies covering communications and training.

Our client, a leading utility provider driving energy transition and climate adaptation, is looking for a Business Change Manager to join their transformation team. The role focuses on supporting top-tier programs involving data management, digital tool implementation, and process optimization.

• Lead end-to-end change implementations from preparation through to aftercare for complex digitalization projects.
• Support multiple simultaneous projects and initiatives to ensure cohesive change management across the organization.
• Develop comprehensive change action plans including communications, events, training programs, and impact measurements.
• Align diverse stakeholders within complex environments to ensure buy-in and smooth transitions.
• Facilitate workshops and guide ambassador or SPOC networks to foster engagement and adoption.

• You possess 3+ years of dedicated experience as a Change Manager without concurrent roles.
• You bring 3+ years of experience supporting change across multiple concurrent projects or initiatives.
• You have a proven track record in end-to-end change implementation for complex digitalization programs.
• You possess practical knowledge of methodologies such as ADKAR, McKinsey, Kotter, or 7S.
• You have the capacity to deliver a detailed change action plan and case studies covering communications and training.
• You're proactive and empathic with strong facilitation and listening skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience managing change for large-scale populations of over 1000 employees.
• Proficiency in Prosci ADKAR.
• Experience with Prince2, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
