Job summary

Editx is seeking a dedicated business lead to act as the primary SPOC for transformation initiatives in Belgium. You will drive engagement with local and regional stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional activities across design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare phases.

You will elicit and document business requirements, review proposals from a business perspective, and define acceptance criteria to enable robust UAT and successful process adoption.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business lead and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned feature areas within the transformation program.
• Drive business engagement across local, regional, and external stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate business activities during the design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, producing deliverables such as BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Review solution proposals from a business perspective and challenge designs to ensure they meet operational needs.
• Define business acceptance criteria and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful process validation.
• Assess operational impacts and identify requirements for training, communication, and change readiness to support solution adoption.
