Michael Page is seeking a Sales Business Analyst to join the sales team as the analytical and administrative backbone, collaborating with the Sales Manager, field sales, and the call center to keep data, pricing, customer structures, and quotations accurate.

You will prepare customer-focused reports, analyze pricing and margins by customer and product category, evaluate promotional campaigns, and support CRM/ERP data integrity with dashboards and internal reporting.

• Maintain pricing and customer structures within ERP/CRM.
• Create dashboards and reports for internal reporting purposes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare customer-focused reports (sales volumes and revenue in €).
• Conduct pricing analyses and monitor margins by customer and product category.
• Analyze promotional campaigns, including their impact on volumes, margins, and customer behavior.
• Investigate and reconcile returnable packaging balances.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support commercial decision-making.
• Maintain and monitor pricing, products, and assortments within the ERP system.
• Ensure the setup and quality of customer structures.
• Identify and correct data errors and inconsistencies.
• Prepare and optimize quotations in collaboration with management.
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into appropriate proposals.
• Efficiently handle administrative requests from the field sales team.
• Create dashboards and reports for internal reporting purposes.
• Support the development and management of the CRM environment.
• Ensure customer data in both CRM and ERP systems remains accurate and up to date.

Analysis & Reporting
