Editx in Brussels is seeking a Business & Process Analyst to bridge business needs with operational processes and technology solutions. You will analyze requirements, map end-to-end processes, and translate needs into clear, actionable PBIs for delivery teams.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, perform data analysis, and support testing and validation to ensure processes deliver tangible business value.

About this vacancy

As a Business & Process Analyst, you play a pivotal role in bridging business needs, operational processes, and technology solutions. You work closely with stakeholders across the organization to analyze business requirements, optimize processes, and translate needs into clear, actionable deliverables.

This role combines traditional business analysis with process improvement responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is not only an excellent communicator but also highly analytical, comfortable working with complex data, and capable of approaching challenges with a strong quantitative and logical mindset.
