Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to support a portfolio of market coordination and data management initiatives. You will guide business transformation efforts and serve as a central bridge between internal and external stakeholders while monitoring regulatory changes.

The role requires 5+ years as a Business or Functional Analyst, 2+ years in the energy sector with MIG4/MIG6 knowledge, BPM experience, E2E test planning, change management, and Dutch fluency (C2).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience within the energy sector, including knowledge of MIG4 or MIG6.
• Experience with development and optimization of business processes using BPM.
• Experience in quality management and the creation of E2E test scenarios.
• Experience in change management, specifically regarding training and education.
• Knowledge of DM Measure processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate expert-level workshops.
• Fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-depth analysis of new initiatives or change requests, balancing market perspectives with internal organizational requirements.
• Document project conclusions, proposals, and working group decisions to ensure clear and actionable insights for the project team.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios and provide hands-on support during execution, migration, and transition activities.
• Create overarching communication and training materials to support project implementation and organizational learning.
• Monitor content dependencies between various projects and maintain a transparent overview of analysis priorities.

The role involves guiding business transformation initiatives and serving as a central expertise bridge between internal and external stakeholders while following regulatory changes.
