Pauwels Consulting supports a leading energy organization in Brussels to hire a functional analyst driving energy transition through digital platforms. You will analyze requirements, translate them into functional designs, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end design, UML/BPMN modelling, coordinating UAT, and providing second-line support across web and mobile platforms. Fluent French or Dutch is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a functional analyst with requirement analysis and E2E delivery.
Experience with API-based application integration and Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Proficiency in UML and BPMN process modelling.
Experience with web-based digital platforms and mobile apps.
Designing test plans and test cases, coordinating UAT.
Facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Fluent in French or Dutch with knowledge of the other national language.

Responsabilités

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a specialist to support their energy transition initiatives. This role involves analyzing and evolving digital applications such as data hubs, ERP systems, and web-based platforms to facilitate modern energy consumption management.

Analyze business requirements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define and reach consensus on functional solutions.
Design E2E solutions aligned with IT architecture, covering the entire application and technological chain.
Translate business needs into detailed functional designs and act as an intermediary between stakeholders and development partners.
Monitor the development cycle using tools like UML and Enterprise Architect while ensuring technical solutions meet business needs.
Coordinate and execute comprehensive test plans, including UAT, to ensure high-quality production deliverables.
Manage the application lifecycle and provide second-line support for incident resolution and bug tracking.

5+ years of experience as a functional analyst with a focus on requirement analysis and E2E delivery.
You possess experience with API-based application integration and Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
You bring proficiency in UML and BPMN process modelling.
You have experience with web-based digital platforms and mobile applications.
You possess experience designing test plans, test cases, and coordinating UAT.
You're experienced in facilitating workshops with both business and technical stakeholders.
You're proactive and solution-oriented.
