Projective Group Talent in Belgium is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear functional analyses and support improvements across processes and applications within the energy sector. • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• First relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Interest in the energy sector and willingness to deepen knowledge.

• Collaborative and customer-focused mindset; support colleagues.
• Eager to learn, take ownership and develop functional expertise.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; good command of English.

Your Tasks

Your Skills

• You hold a Master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
• You have gained a first relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• You are interested in the energy sector and motivated to develop your knowledge further.
• You enjoy analysing business needs and turning them into clear, practical insights.
• You communicate clearly and feel comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
• You bring a collaborative, customer-focused mindset and are happy to support colleagues.
• You are eager to learn, take ownership and continue developing your functional expertise.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French, understand the other national language well, and have a good command of English.
