Pauwels Consulting is assisting a leading international automotive brand in recruiting a Business Analyst to translate business needs into functional specifications and drive IT system improvements.

The role focuses on gathering detailed requirements, producing acceptance criteria, UAT validation, and coordinating with Solution Architects, Project Managers and external vendors from Gent in a hybrid, full-time setup. Start ASAP for an initial 6-month contract with extensions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst within IT projects.
• Proven expertise in creating User Stories, Story Maps, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Hands-on experience defining non-functional requirements and conducting UAT validation.
• Technical knowledge of data integration techniques within Azure cloud or SaaS environments.
• Solid technical background in Java or .NET to facilitate discussions on solution design.
• Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners for functionality handovers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and identify optimization areas.
• Proactive and process-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
