Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Business Analyst to join our European Distribution Center in Machelen. You will bridge business users and IT, supporting end-to-end processes across SAP, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations.

This hands-on, on-site role requires collaboration with an international team and a focus on standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. You will be at the office a minimum of 4 days a week in Machelen, supporting system enhancements and project work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in an international business environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Process Improvement, based in our European Distribution Center in Machelen. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business users and IT, supporting and improving end‑to‑end processes across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations, primarily within SAP and related systems.

You will work in a collaborative, international environment, supporting both project-based initiatives and day-to-day operations. The role combines business analysis, process optimization, system support, and project management, with a strong focus on standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands‑on, on‑site role within a team of system and process experts, supporting business‑critical systems that enable efficient order‑to‑billing and distribution operations.

This role requires you to be at the office minimum 4 days a week in Machelen.

Key Responsibilities
