Job summary

Capgemini Belgium is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery in a banking payments environment. You will support the Product Manager in stakeholder alignment, roadmaps, and KPIs, while documenting business vision and requirements across entities.

Travel to Paris may be required; you bring 5+ years of BA experience in project-driven environments, plus deep knowledge of international payments, SEPA, and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a project-driven environment.
• Banking and payments management experience with SEPA knowledge.
• International payments ecosystem understanding and regulatory awareness.
