AlphaCredit in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Benelux team within the Onboarding Tribe. You will set up and improve the granting processes and tooling for automotive finance for professional and individual clients, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to gather and prioritize needs, map as‑is/to‑be processes, and support digital transformation initiatives, including partner portals and automation, while contributing to

Qualifications

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs based on value and feasibility.
Translate requirements into clear functional specifications (user stories, process flows, use cases).
Map as-is/to-be processes and propose efficiency improvements.
Support digital transformation initiatives (e.g. partner portal, automations, selfcare platforms).

Responsibilities

Bridge business and architect teams to ensure solutions align with goals and regulatory constraints.
Participate in testing (UAT) and change management activities.
