Job summary

AlphaCredit in Brussels is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Benelux team within the Onboarding Tribe. You will set up and improve the granting processes and tooling for automotive finance for professional and individual clients, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to gather and prioritize needs, map as‑is/to‑be processes, and support digital transformation initiatives, including partner portals and automation, while contributing to

THE TEAM

AlphaCredit is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Benelux team in our offices in Brussels within our Tribe Onboarding.

The Onboarding Tribe is responsible for the transformation of the automotive (loans & wholesales), Brokers, Retail & Banking businesses in the Benelux. In terms of customer & partners journeys, our scope starts with the simulation until the signature of the client contract. The Tribe is composed of four squads of approximately 8 members each.

The Business Analyst we are looking for is responsible for the set up and improvement of the granting processes & tooling as far as automotive business is concerned. Both for professional & individual clients. Your mission is to ensure that the customer & B2B Partners experience is steadily, frequently, and sustainably maximized.

YOUR FUNCTION

What is expected from me?

Requirements & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders (business teams, IT, operations, compliance, etc.) to gather, document, and prioritize business needs based on value & feasibility.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications (user stories, process flows, use cases).

Process Improvement:

• Map and analyze as-is/to-be processes, identifying inefficiencies/pain points and proposing solutions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives (e.g. new B2B partner portal, automations, selfcare platforms).

Solution Design & Change management:

• Bridge business and architect teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals and regulatory constraints.
• Participate in testing (UAT) and change management activities.

Stakeholder Management:

• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and information sessions.
• Connect with your business & operations stakeholders to ensure our transformation roadmaps serve their purpose

Agile:

• I actively participate in the Life and the Ceremonies of the TeamsI belong to (my squad, tribe), constantly sharing our Agile Values & Principles.

As a business analyst, I belong to my Squad, and I interact with other teams to develop both our Products and our Expertise ; I work with my business Stakeholders to make sure I have a correct and complete view of their way of working and the challenges met by them.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have knowledge of automotive products & financial products
• You have some proven experience as a business analyst
• The knowledge of leasing & of the MILES tooling is an extra asset
• You are familiar with the Agile Way of Working (incl. backlog management systems & ceremonies)
• You are able to understand the needs of all stakeholders in sufficient detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• You have the ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment.
• You are fluent in English and in French or Dutch.
