Job summary

DEME Group is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into sustainable digital HR solutions and support organizational transformation.

You will analyze processes, map information flows and facilitate workshops to set priorities, collaborating with managers, IT teams and external partners to deliver end-to-end improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical/ process-driven role.
• Experience in HR-related projects or digital transformation is an asset.
• Ability to quickly grasp new business domains and operational contexts.
• Strong analytical and process-structuring skills; able to simplify complex challenges.
• Clear and active communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Your profile

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or process-driven role.
• Experience within HR-related projects or digital transformation initiatives is considered a strong asset.
• The ability to quickly grasp new business domains and understand operational contexts.
• Strong analytical and process-structuring skills, with the ability to simplify complex challenges.
• Clear and active communication skills, with an ability to engage confidently with different types of stakeholders.
• A user-and service-oriented mindset, supported by critical thinking and a structured working approach.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine team spirit, especially in multidisciplinary and project-based environments.
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and comfort working in evolving or unfamiliar areas.
