ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in België (Antwerpen) zoekt een Lending Advisor binnen de Expertise Lending afdeling die klanten ondersteunt bij financieringsbehoeften met op maat gemaakte kredietoplossingen.

Je werkt nauw samen met relatie- en vermogensbeheerders om een klantgerichte service te leveren. Je voert kredietaanvragen uit, analyseert en structureert financieringen, bewaakt risico's en volgt markt- en fiscale ontwikkelingen.

Qualifications

• Sterke ervaring in kredietadvies bij private banking/wealth management.
• Analytisch denkvermogen en risicobewustzijn.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Responsabilités

• Begeleiden en structureren van bespoke lending oplossingen.
• Kredietaanvragen verwerken en risico-inschatting memo opstellen.
• Financieringsvoorstellen ontwikkelen conform krediet- en prijsbeleid.
• Risico's monitoren en bij escalatie actieplannen opstellen.
• Vertrouwensrelaties met klanten opbouwen als sparringpartner.

Jouw rol

As a Lending Advisor within the Expertise Lending department you play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' financing needs, helping them realize their personal and professional goals through tailored credit solutions. You'll work closely with relationships managers and wealth managers to deliver a comprehensive, client-centric service.

As a Lending Advisor within the Expertise Lending department you play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' financing needs, helping them realize their personal and professional goals through tailored credit solutions. You'll work closely with relationships managers and wealth managers to deliver a comprehensive, client-centric service. You will actively participate in the expansion of the E&E (Entrepreneur & Enterprise) activity and you will be able to set up new products, policies and deals that comply with the strategy & regulations of the bank.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Credit Application Guidance: Advise and structure bespoke lending solutions for private banking & wealth management clients (e.g. investment-backed loans, real estate financing,… ). You provide support to relationship managers in handling credit applications.
• Credit Analysis: You process credit applications and identify associated risks in a detailed credit memo. By conducting strategic financial analyses, including sector and corporate financial assessments, you gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses of clients, enabling precise risk assessment.
• Credit Structuring: You develop financing proposals that align perfectly with the client's needs while adhering to our credit and pricing policies. For complex cases, you collaborate with internal stakeholders (private bankers, legal, risk,…) to ensure smooth and compliant credit process.
• Risk Monitoring: You oversee the risks within credit files and ensure adequate follow-up. When risks escalates, you develop an action plan to protect the bank's interests.
• Trusted partner: you build trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to lending expert and you stay up to date with market developments, fiscal frameworks, and credit products relevant to our client base.
