Job summary

DEME Group in Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Digital Office, bridging business, processes and digital innovation. You will translate business needs into sustainable digital solutions and support HR-related and organizational transformation initiatives.

You will facilitate workshops, define new or optimized processes, and collaborate with initiative managers, IT teams and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Experience in HR projects or digital transformation is a plus.
• Ability to quickly grasp new business domains and contexts.
• Strong analytical, process-structuring and simplification skills.
• Clear, proactive communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, information flows, and needs to identify improvements.
• Translate insights into use cases and solution requirements.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and set priorities.
• Define new or optimized processes and select fitting digital solutions.
• Collaborate with initiative managers, IT teams and partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support decision-making with structured analysis and impact assessments.
• Contribute to testing and implementation of new systems and processes.
